The hotel was clean and well‑located, yet every staff member—especially at check‑in—seemed disinterested and expressionless, giving the vibe that they didn’t want to be there; also, this is the only hotel that doesn’t provide a writing pad and pen in the room, and the beds were too soft.

The noise from the other guests kept us from sleeping, but the staff member came over and told them to stop; the biggest disappointment was that I left my Bose speaker behind, called to inform the front desk and give my number, yet they never called back, so I don’t know if it was stolen or discarded.
