A very cute spot, super clean, very welcoming kitchen, excellent.
“Ottimo potenziale, ma gestito con indifferenza”
The property itself is very pretty, with a stunning view and a great location for exploring the area; the parking in front is convenient, so it has great potential. Unfortunately, the staff showed a complete lack of care for guests. There was no communication about check‑in, no response to booking chat or WhatsApp messages. Upon arrival we were handed the key and told where the room was, but received no details about breakfast time, Wi‑Fi, or any other facility. The rooms are above the restaurant, so it would have been nice if they had asked whether we’d like to book dinner or show us the menu. The proximity to the restaurant makes the room very noisy late at night. The window is sound‑proof, so we’re spared the chatter of outside customers (luckily it wasn’t hot), but not the noise from the floor below. The room is spacious but lacks a minibar and kettle. Finally, the breakfast is a bar‑style service where the waiter asks what you want to eat and drink (e.g., croissant and coffee). Given the price, I expected a bit more variety and options.
