The place was the closest to all public transport, so getting around was easy and many tourist spots were within walking distance, but the building itself was horrible—downstairs was dirty and messy, people smoked openly, and overall it was extremely filthy.

I expected nothing good from this place 😕, and I never want to book here again; the room was a mess, there was no TV, the old declaration was useless, no soap, and it smelled bad.
The price was decent, but the cleanliness of the apartment was lacking.
The location was great and everything we needed was available, giving us a perfect stay.
The position was good and super close to the metro, yet the room was very dirty, tiny, with no cleaning, no hot water most of the time, and the elevator was super crowded with long lines, etc.
