Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location was lovely and the staff friendly, and the breakfast at the neighboring café was great, yet the room could have been cleaner, the shower was too small for the room, there was no shelf for toiletries so bending to pick up shampoo was a hassle, and the bathroom lacked a window blind so privacy was missing.

The stay in the heart of the New Forest was lovely, the room had quality furnishings and easy access from the main entrance, all expected amenities were present, and the host was genial, friendly, and helpful; arriving during Pannage season gave a fantastic view of forest wildlife, making it definitely worth another visit; breakfast was not included but available at the adjoining café and was excellent, with nothing worth commenting on.

Everything was perfect—basic but super clean and comfortable, the room fridge was really useful, the big fluffy towels and shampoo were provided, the wedding in the village made the location ideal for walking everywhere, the owners were kind and helpful, and they even kindly got up at midnight to let me in when I couldn’t open the door.

The location was excellent as expected, but the property felt a bit mismatched and hurriedly put together decor-wise, needing some attention to detail; it was a little tired in some places yet very comfortable and quiet.
