Clean and comfortable. It’s close to the beach for lovely walks. Nothing else.

The location of the caravan and the facilities of the park were superb. Short walk to the beach, fun fair and swimming. Caravan was clean on arrival and beds were comfortable. There is plenty of room in the van and as a family of 5 we did not feel squashed. We paid for bedding for all beds but bedding for the sofa bed was missing. This was rectified the next day when the owner brought them to us. Although it is stated on the listing that bedding is an additional charge it is expensive, £10 per single bed and £20 per double so we ended up paying an additional £60 on top of the booking fee. The sofa bed does smell musty and the mattress is as you would expect (non existent). The communication between the management and myself was effective until we had departed. It states on the listing that the owner has 14 days to return your deposit but there has since been no communication to say wether deposit is to be returned or not and messages are no longer being answered. All in all we had a lovely holiday in the van which i would highly recommend for a family of 4

Getting around was easy for someone with mobility issues, but there was no air conditioning to cope with the really hot days we experienced.

I loved the location and how easy it was to correspond with the owner; it was a fab time and I would definitely use it again.
