The hotel was very nice, staff friendly, breakfast good, room spotless, parking easy, and I’d rate it a perfect 10.

“Buono”

The hotel is very welcoming, located in a convenient area for the airport and Batumi attractions. The room I chose was spacious, well‑maintained, and had all the necessary comforts. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, neither bad nor overly praised. The staff were not very experienced but always available. I noticed some delays in food service during breakfast: if the start time is set at 7:00, I expect everything to be ready at the buffet, but unfortunately some items were brought late by the waiters. It’s also a pity that there’s a construction site next to the hotel; the room wasn’t well sound‑proofed and during the day the machine noises were very audible.

The new hotel had a huge bed with excellent sheets and pillows, which was the main reason I chose it. The simplest room was already good, the bed took up most of the space but there was still free room and it didn’t feel cramped. Tea, coffee, water and a fridge with a table were in the room. There were Finnish and Turkish (hamam) saunas that heated up nicely; I was the only visitor each time. I also liked the location – 4 minutes to the plane‑watching point, 2 minutes to the pier where you can grab a scooter and ride the dedicated path to the center. Don’t worry about being close to the airport – there are very few flights and none at night, so the loud engine noise doesn’t bother you. Overall, considering the price for a Genius member is almost four times lower than some central hotels that I liked much less, it’s a great deal and I would come back. The breakfast isn’t worth it; nearby places offer far better results for less money. I recommend booking a room without breakfast, pay once on site and see for yourself. One night I woke up to a horrible smell and had to close the window. Later I read that there’s a dump not far away that sometimes blows up. But that was only 3–4 hours over the whole 4 days.
