The staff were available. The washing machine was useless, the instructions were poorly written, I ended up paying more than the listed rates and even then my clothes didn’t dry. I found insects in the breakfast.

I REALLY loved staying here; the staff were so friendly and kind. It’s conveniently located to bus and subway stops, cafes, and restaurants. It’s clean and aesthetic! The common area is great for relaxing or working. My bed was super comfortable too. The vanity room is also fully equipped and really nice. I wished the sleeping pod had a little fan hanging over the bed or something to keep me cooler, because the one on the ceiling did such a poor job that I felt a little uncomfortable. I ended up using my hand fan and was able to sleep peacefully.

Great breakfast and comfortable bed. Everything fit.

Haeundae is generally far from a lot of places you want to go to, including Busan station; this is obviously not the hostel’s fault but I would stay more centrally if I went back because the distances are significant. The hostel overall is not very social, there’s no group chat, and it has a relatively individualistic culture.
