The room was large and the bathroom clean; the complimentary breakfast was substantial, with food choices and taste better than most hotels I've stayed at, yet there was quite a bit of outside noise in the hallways around 2am.

The location is good, but I have been requesting an invoice from this hotel and still haven't received it.

The hot tub was green and smelled bad, not just chemicals; the pool was cold with lots of standing water; the room was okay and clean but had holes in the blankets and writing on the walls; it was a poolside room but still very loud.

The pool is great for families and the rooms are nice, but the area around the pool needs safety improvements – the floor is slick even when walking, posing a huge risk; the hot tub needs improvement, water is gross and very beat up; someone living in the hotel walked around, making guests uncomfortable in the pool area; I also dislike that you can't choose which floor you want, as with kids and elderly the first floor would be ideal.

The room was spacious, the bed felt comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, my bill was mishandled; I checked out on the 29th but the correction still hasn't appeared, and they owe me $148. The pool water was very cold, so my kids couldn't swim for long.
