The cleanliness and the attentive reception and security staff are great, but the breakfast buffet was missing some items when I arrived, and even after they refreshed it, not all options were back. There was only one staff member (01) to serve everyone in the dining area, and the breakfast hours should be extended by at least an hour.

The staff were friendly and the room was well cleaned. The rooms are very close together and you hear a lot of noise. The air conditioning and pipes made noise at night.

The staff were not very proactive; when I asked for local recommendations they said they didn't know because they weren't from the area. To get around the city we had to go to the corner to catch a motorbike taxi, and they told us they could only arrange a taxi to the airport. When we requested an airport taxi, it never arrived and the staff didn't offer an alternative.
