The rooms at this hotel are really nice and spacious, which is a big plus. The staff are also super friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. The real star of the show, though, is the casino - it's the best I've seen on the Balkans and I've been to a few.

The staff here are really friendly and welcoming, which is a big plus. However, the hotel itself could use a bit of a makeover - the decor's a bit dated and some of the rooms are a bit small. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but it's not going to win any awards for style.
