The hotel offered no refreshments at any time, and the coffee bar was usually closed; when it opened, they lacked lattes, cappuccinos, and even flat whites. Service was indifferent, with phone requests largely ignored.

The front‑desk staff were helpful, and when we requested a room change they accommodated us. The balcony windows were dirty; if they were cleaned and polished it would improve the view.
