“Friendly Staff, Need to Properly Clean Rooms”
The hotel was very accommodating and spacious; I needed an extra night for a work trip and the front desk handled it well after I had already checked out. The staff were friendly and helpful, but when I was checked back into the same room I found the sheets hadn’t been changed—only the bed was remade. I saw crumbs from my dinner the night before on one bed, and the sheets didn’t smell fresh and the bed had a slight sweat odor. I stayed two nights for work, and while I was in the room the night before, overall the cleaning seemed inadequate, making me think the staff don’t properly wash the sheets.
