The location was good, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and proactive. The room toilet was smelly, but the staff did everything to fix it. The restaurant food was good, although the Nasi Leman didn’t include the Beef Rendang my wife wanted. We’ll pick a different room next time.

The room offers a very good view of the mountain, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms 9 and 10 face each other with a small living room between, giving the whole floor privacy for our family. The rooms are a bit far from the reception, and because it’s near the main road it’s quite noisy at night.

I love the ambience and atmosphere here—serene and tranquil, every corner has its own beauty 🌹. It’s too close to the main road, so sometimes I can hear heavy vehicles passing by.

The view of Mount Kinabalu was unbeatable, better than any other hotel or resort for a clear, full, unobstructed sight. However, our room sat directly beside the main road, so every 10 seconds a car, motorbike, or lorry rumbled loudly, shaking the room and disrupting our sleep with constant irritation.
