The room matched the website description, was clean and comfortable, and I was able to get a first‑floor room near an elevator as requested. It was very quiet at night, which I appreciated. The booking said I could pay at the hotel, yet the money was withdrawn the day before.

Access from the highway was easy and the place was clean. Our power went out around 3 a.m., so we left around 4 a.m.; the hotel offered no compensation or apologies for the inconvenience and shortened stay.

I didn’t have breakfast included in my package, so I grabbed coffee and an egg at a nearby Starbucks. The room was minimally stocked and lacked attention to detail: the bathroom had only one soap package at the sink and the shower liquid soap was empty, so I had to ask for the dispenser to be refilled. The refrigerator was empty, there was no mini‑bar, and the tea/coffee area had no utensils, so I ended up eating my takeout with two coffee stirrers like chopsticks.

The staff were great, and the room had everything I needed for a functional stay, but the air conditioning unit was loud, the thermostat was hard to control, and the remote had no batteries, forcing me to go to the front desk before I could use it.
