The location was okay, but the room was very old and the front‑desk staff were unprofessional.
“Tệ”
The air conditioner was broken, the room relied on a noisy industrial fan, the entrance required passing through a conference room with no directional signs, and the staff failed to give proper guidance.
The staff weren’t friendly, but that actually worked in my favor and I’d stay here again. The kettle was there, yet getting it plugged in required a lot of improvisation, and the bottled water turned out to be “paid”.
The photos matched the reality, but the staff didn't speak English as promised.
During the day the road noise was loud, and a gecko kept me awake at night.
