I’ve stayed here before, and the breakfasts and overall food are always excellent; there’s nothing to criticize about the quality or variety, and I’ll definitely come back.

The breakfast had a wide and tasty selection, but our fifth‑floor room was cramped, the wardrobes were barely usable, there were few hanging spaces and many small shelves, and we’ve always had more comfortable rooms before.

The spa area and rooms are fantastic. I wish the dinner had more variety, especially soups – chicken noodle soup is almost never offered – and the breakfast cold cuts sometimes feel stale or tacky because of the heat. Otherwise, the food is good. The desserts are repetitive over the years; real cakes would be a nice upgrade instead of just creams.

I was blown away by everything – the breakfast and dinner menus were diverse, featuring pork, beef, chicken, lamb, duck, and more, all lactose‑free and gluten‑free. My new room was spotless, the minibar stocked, and both bath and spa towels were changed daily. Towels were swapped immediately when requested, and the free in‑room safe was handy. The spa was immaculate, with plenty of space so it never felt crowded. Free aqua fitness, ping‑pong, and a large kids’ room with animation were available. The Sauna Ritual was exceptional, and the massage was outstanding. Reception and wellness staff spoke English, and the restaurant team was very friendly. The central location puts Aqua Palace and the central medical centre just 2 minutes away, and the parking is huge. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this hotel. The only thing I’d add is that it would be nice to have slippers and coffee or tea in the room.
