Very convenient location. The room was large, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Nearby trails were nice for walking, and I saw a moose nearby. A little pricey, but I’d stay again.

Lovely home “in the woods” yet close to everything in Anchorage. Maria and Robert were wonderful hosts—warm, welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, especially with my disability. They offered great suggestions and sightseeing tips, and breakfast conversations were interesting. The place was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and “made to order”. The location was safe and parking convenient. Rooms had mini‑refrigerator/freezer and microwave. I loved the room facing Maria’s beautiful garden. Everything was wonderful! The price was a bit high for my budget but comparable to nice, clean, and safe places to stay in Anchorage, plus breakfast was included.

The breakfast was fantastic and the room was so comfortable that the bed was amazing. Maria and her husband were very accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay in Anchorage. We didn’t realize it was so far from the main part of town and restaurants, but a taxi or Uber can easily get you to the centre.

I had a lovely stay at Maria's Creekside Inn and would definitely recommend it, especially if you enjoy a bed‑and‑breakfast vibe. The room was comfortable, equipped with a private bathroom, a fan, and a mini fridge, and the whole place felt quiet and homey. Breakfast was delicious, and they offer takeaway options for those in a hurry, but sitting upstairs and watching the creek while eating a hot breakfast is a treat. The staff, Maria and Robert, were great, and I appreciated the chance to chat with them on my last morning. The location is a bit remote if you don’t have a car, but the peace outside downtown is nice; I’ll definitely rent a car next time.
