The location was close to the highway, there was a secure parking lot, charging stations, a clean room, and the breakfast was the main highlight. However, a glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom caused my spouse to bump into it.

“Mosquitoes pest and poorly maintained hotel”

Unfortunately, our stay was a terrible experience from beginning to end. The room was heavily infested with mosquitoes. We killed all the mosquitoes we could see, but almost immediately there were more again. It seemed likely that they were getting into the room through the air‑conditioning vents or through the ceiling, which did not appear to be properly fitted or sealed. I have photos showing the condition of the ceiling. Sadly, my child was bitten, and their hand became significantly swollen. As soon as we arrived home, we had to take our child to the emergency room because of the reaction. We also found spiders in the room. The constant presence of insects made it impossible to sleep properly, which was particularly concerning because we had a 900 km drive ahead of us the following day. The condition of the hotel was also very disappointing. The photos shown online are misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the property. Everything appeared poorly maintained, not properly cleaned, and generally neglected. The room and the surrounding areas clearly need much more attention and maintenance. A clean, safe, and pest‑free room is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide that. The combination of the mosquito infestation, my child being bitten and requiring medical attention, poor cleanliness, and the general state of the property made this an extremely unpleasant and concerning stay. I would strongly recommend that the hotel address these issues urgently, particularly the pest problem and the apparent gaps or defects around the ceiling and ventilation system.

The spot is right next to the highway and in a lively commercial zone with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel itself offers a modern standard, a private parking lot, and a garden. The dining options are varied and creative, ranging from pizza to cassoulet, soup to salade niçoise, so there’s something for everyone. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Nothing else to note.
