The hotel offered excellent value for money, and the restaurant is worth a visit.

The room décor and bed comfort were great, and the lunch at the star‑rated restaurant was enjoyable. Yet a swarm of midges and other insects entered the room when the blinds were closed, and they were impossible to remove because dozens were stuck to the ceiling and the light fixtures; the night was far from peaceful, a risk of staying in a rural establishment.
