The location and the good connectivity to central London were nice, and the staff were very friendly. The shower was tiny and felt a bit claustrophobic.

The location is excellent, just a few meters from the Bayswater metro stop and very close to Queensway. The staff were courteous and the place was clean, though the bathroom was small, it had a spacious shower. The restaurant’s food smell was very strong in the lobby and corridors, but you don’t notice it in the room.

Nothing ! Faded and tired !. Awful, I booked a 'deluxe' double room . There was nothing deluxe at all ,the room was tiny , the furniture cheap self build ,the bedding was thin and flimsy and the bed felt like a camping bed ! Breakfast didn't start till 7.30am (not good for business people) and then was a total mish-mash of far eastern choices , cold boiled eggs or toast ! The layout only serves to create queues , again not good if you are heading off to work! The place is just awful , avoid it like the plague !

The staff helped me quickly and easily, and I was able to check in early, which I appreciated. They told me that if early check‑in wasn’t possible, I could drop my bags while I waited, which was useful. The Wi‑Fi worked great, and the room‑service cleaning was also good. My bed was a bit sloped, so I couldn’t sleep on one half of it; otherwise it felt like I was falling off. Breakfast was very niche, only Malaysian food; it would have been nice to have something like scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast to give more options to the general public.
