We liked almost everything. The breakfast was fabulous, with a lot of variety, high quality, and views of the Galata Tower and Golden Horn. The room was very pretty, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable for our taste. We could see the sunset from our room. The location is unbeatable, just 5 minutes from the tram and with a metro stop right at the door. The area is very lively, full of restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was that hot water for the shower was not always available; on several days we had to shower with lukewarm water. We informed reception and they said a technician would be sent, but we never heard back. Because of this I can't give the hotel a 10, but if they fix it, they would deserve it.

The location is perfect, on the street by the Galata Tower. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is great and truly dreamy. The room is very clean, although a bit louder because it faces the street.

It is beautiful, the roads at night were not the same loud as during the day, so I could sleep. I was lucky to stay only 2 nights, because the sewer smell is too disgusting
