The personnel were pleasant and they offered a handy service to store luggage temporarily and bring it to the room, plus the complimentary water was much appreciated. However, one night‑room was visibly dirty with stains on the glass, another room initially lacked towels (though housekeeping delivered them quickly), the air‑conditioner in one room wouldn’t go above 19 °C making it too cold for us, while in a second room it struggled to cool and kept switching off; the third room’s air‑conditioning worked fine.

“Nicht das Geld wert.”

The low‑price option was acceptable, but the room was far too small. The double bed wasn’t clean and there was no room to spread out our suitcases, contrary to the photos that made it look larger. We ended up paying extra for a family room, which gave us a double bed plus an extra bed where we could finally open our suitcases, though it was still cramped and only one chair was available for visitors, forcing extra guests onto the bed. The shower tiles were loose, letting water spray out from the joints, and the hair‑dryer was left on the hallway outside the bathroom. Only two bath towels were provided and there was no extra hand towel for drying after washing, plus there was no in‑room telephone for service.
