The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The convenient location and calm atmosphere were pleasing. After the trip we rested well. The price‑quality ratio was excellent. If we return to this city, we’ll gladly stay here again. Thanks to the whole team for the warm reception!
The toilet didn’t leak, which we reported. The elevator was unstable. Communication happened only through Google Translate. The woman at the front desk worked 24 hours and was friendly.
