“The upstairs there’s a whole side of the window missing and all I got is a tarp blocking it so the wind and stuff don’t”
The room was spacious, but overall it wasn't comfortable. The staff were terrible; when I asked for two towels and two white rags, she returned with only two towels and no rags. I pointed out the missing rags, she gave me just one, and when I insisted on two, she acted like I had done something wrong. She was unprofessional and did all of this in front of other guests.

I stayed in 2022 and it was top notch! We came back again, and although it wasn't bad, it wasn't anywhere near as nice; it was empty, not welcoming at all. It seems like no one cares.
“Moisture feel in the room and looks outdated. Tv has big boxed remote. Lobby furniture looks worn out. Will not recommen”
Never will choose this hotel again! Hair in both beds, used sheets, and a dead roach under the pillow.

The only good thing was the morning omelette from chef Shaun. First, we were given a room that had already been occupied. The next room was dirty and smelled bad, even the hallway had that odor.
