The place itself is pretty, but the hosts were extremely unfriendly and condescending. We never felt any hospitality here—no greeting, no warm welcome, only mentions of “problems” or alleged “mistakes” we supposedly made. The communication was completely unclear and misleading. For example, a big sign on site says Check‑Out at 11 am (see photo). At 10:50 am the hosts knocked loudly on the door as if the SEK were there, and asked passive‑aggressively when we would finally leave. Check‑Out is at 10 am according to Booking, and 11 am is only for “their” guests, so are we considered low quality when we book through Booking? We tried calling multiple times before the online booking—no one answered and no one returned the call—so after four hours of waiting we booked online to secure a place to sleep. While we were away, the room was sniffed through without a handshake or room‑service call. In other words, our room was entered for no reason, just to point out “mistakes” after the fact. We had moved a bed and a nightstand; the hosts said we weren’t allowed to, moved them back, and also moved our personal items. That feels borderline. We really do not feel welcome, will never return, and cannot recommend it to anyone. It’s a shame.

The location is great, everything was straightforward and the staff were friendly, so I’d recommend it.
