I love how close the hotel is to the marina—just a short walk away. The room looked nice, though the bathroom door was too wide and wouldn’t close completely. The lobby was a cozy spot with good bites and drinks. My friends had a hot‑water problem in their room, but it was fixed quickly. The front desk and concierge didn’t meet my expectations; they weren’t very helpful with local directions or reservations. I tried emailing the concierge using the address she sent me and also sent a separate message to info@, but received no reply. For the price, the front‑end staff should really support guests better.

The pool is beautiful and the free bicycles are a nice touch. The location is central yet still quiet. The décor is stylish—really stylish! However, the bedroom was disappointing, facing the parking lot and feeling like an American motel. For the cost, I was very let down. The room was too small, with two beds only slightly larger than a single. The bathroom was tiny, and the tub/shower didn’t feel like a Faraway‑class hotel—there was a curtain! Breakfast was a limited à la carte menu with very little choice. Total disappointment!

I usually avoid negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to warn others. This hotel still feels like an old motel, despite the remodel. The website photos give the vibe of a luxurious boutique, but the reality is far from that. We paid over $1,300 a night for the smallest room with a tiny bathroom, and that rate included about $350 a night in resort fees and taxes. At that price, we expected something exceptional. Instead, the value was very poor. One front‑desk associate was genuinely kind and did her best to help, and that was the only bright spot. The manager was dismissive, surprisingly rude, and showed bad judgment when resolving issues. He brushed us aside instead of listening and finding solutions. The walls are extremely thin; we could hear normal conversations from neighboring rooms, making it hard to relax or sleep. Basic housekeeping was disappointing: soap dispensers were empty and never refilled, showing a lack of attention to simple comforts. Luxury hospitality is about more than marketing—it’s about service, comfort, detail, and making guests feel valued. This property fell short on all fronts. There are much better options in the area for the price. I won’t stay again and cannot recommend it.
