“Great location and acces to a large number of shops/restaurants”

The Hotel is in a great location close to a lot of shops. Ground floor facing main road, noise from traffic and a lot of noise from room above

“Dated and in need of a complete overhaul and thorough clean”

Location and staff. 1.Needs major update on rooms 2. Cleanliness of room appears ok,but they require a thorough deep clean - not to my standard 3. Room furniture was not up to standard of the mecure hotel brand - damaged and very outdated - mattress was not nice, towels were very average 4. Water jug was filthy, dust throughout room, bathtub leaked out onto floor etc. We left at 6.00am so was not able speak to staff about these concerns
