The staff were lovely, polite, and the food tasty; the room was reasonably equipped and the view amazing. A daily trek to Kuttala, the Tush waterfall, and the Tush glacier was offered, and the village had plenty of places to eat and sit. The hotel sits deep in the valley, requiring a steep uphill walk up and down, so a porter’s help (an extra 1,000 rupees per room) is mandatory, and it takes about 40 minutes from the taxi drop‑off point; a high level of fitness is needed.
