The accommodation was optimal, yet the support from Booking was unfortunately lacking; however, the hotel staff on site compensated for everything.

The facilities were good, the rooms were large, and the view was great, but there was too little service for the price level; the Rolf-Top Bar was open only on a few days each week.

The pool and the night view from the room were highlights, but the elevator setup forced my kids to stay on a lower floor and we had to keep going up and down because we couldn’t move directly between floors; we also forgot luggage with housekeeping after we left, possibly because we didn’t tip in the bed of our children’s room, yet we didn’t forget anything and the staff didn’t stress us about returning from the airport.
