Mr. Venâncio was super helpful and friendly, and the spot is perfect for exploring the city. The building feels a bit old, though; the gas shower takes forever to heat up, and when you try to mix in cold water it actually chills the whole thing.

The place is close to all the main sights, and the breakfast was top‑notch. The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help—definitely a 10/10. I almost stayed a week longer, but had to head out because of other commitments.
