Breakfast was definitely a 10/10 for the price, offering a huge selection of sweet and savory items. The location isn’t exactly central, but it’s acceptable for the cost; I wouldn’t suggest it for solo female travelers.

The location was fine. Service, however, left a lot to be desired—a bed arrived without sheets or a pillow. The side entrance was cramped and hard to reach, the lift was out of order, and there were LPG cylinders lining the stairs.

Nothing positive to say; I had to leave for another place. The lift was broken and they moved me to a room in a different building that had no security, no hallway lighting, a terrible smell, and wasn’t clean—nothing like the photos. I’m waiting for a refund. The room was dirty, the alternative building was filthy, dark and unsafe. Traveling with my five‑year‑old daughter, I felt scared.

Not a lot really… it had a fridge. Floor was dirty in room, WiFi code did not work, towels had other peoples hairs in the fibres, the chair in the room was made of fake leather and was peeling off, they covered it with a duvet, just throw it away…!

The staff were fairly nice, though they didn’t know the layout. Unfortunately the stay was a very poor experience. We paid almost €400 for two nights and were shocked by the hotel’s condition. Cleanliness was the biggest issue: dust covered everything—from furniture to corners and the whole room. Stains and grime were everywhere, making us feel anything but clean. We had to change rooms twice because the situation was so bad, and the second room wasn’t much better. When we first entered the initial room we wanted to cancel immediately, but that wasn’t possible. One night I even slept on a towel used as a pillow. For nearly €400 you don’t expect luxury, but you do expect a tidy room; this felt more like a cheap hostel than a proper hotel. The neighborhood wasn’t pleasant either. I can’t understand how rooms in such a state are handed to guests. For the price it was utterly disappointing, and I would never book again nor recommend it to anyone.
