“Great visit and excellent accommodations”
Breakfast was very good and the overall experience was great! The bed was a bit high and not very comfortable.

The location was right on the boardwalk and ocean. Restaurants and food were excellent, and the staff were great.

The attention to customer service is impressive—papers in the morning, turn‑down service in the evening! Patty the bartender was excellent! The birds, of course! It’s such an experience; I hope nothing changes. Coffee in the garden is brilliant, but in pouring rain it’s a bit harder. Maybe an inside spot on rainy days? A gift shop would be nice—mugs, robes, hotel soaps for purchase would be great.

One of the front desk staff avoided eye contact and didn't greet me.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect, though parking can be tight sometimes.
