Clean, friendly staff and close to the venue, really satisfied.

The room was good with a comfortable mattress and a great location. Breakfast at the lounge was decent, and because our room wasn’t ready at 4 pm they let us use the lounge for free breakfasts plus one free breakfast at the main restaurant. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The building could use some upkeep: the elevators have stained floors, the restaurant chairs need renovation, and some carpets are worn out. Hot water came from the cold side, but they fixed it quickly, though it looks like a valve might be faulty.

Location was spot‑on, but the ice machine on my floor was broken.

The distance to PPG Paints Arena was convenient, but I paid extra for a high floor and still ended up on the 14th instead of a higher one; the building has 21 floors, starting at 10. The rooms lacked microwaves, garbage bags, and the mattress smelled like a forgotten wet towel. A metal pipe was under one chair, the air‑conditioner grate lay on the floor, a Burger King crown was on the ground behind the coffee pot, and the fridge shut off after two hours so I had to keep turning it on to keep my breastmilk fresh; there was no freezer to keep ice packs. Parking was not available, and the valet rudely told us “I don’t know where to take you to park but there’s a lot to the right of the exit but it’s full so maybe try another.” After almost five hours of driving, I’d have preferred to stay in my car in a garage. Definitely not worth the $270+ on a Tuesday night.
