The rooms were quiet, the ocean view was outstanding, and the location was superb, but the floors needed more cleaning, the shower didn’t work well, and the coffee pot was dirty.

proximity to the beach. The room was dreadful. The bathroom was horrible. There was a chip in the tub, broken pieces off the ceiling. It looked like the cabinet was rotting out. I needed maintenance twice. And the maintenance people were rude to my wife. I wasn’t there. I went down to complain because the bathtub was filled to the top would not drain. Wife couldn’t take a shower so the maintenance guys came up was rude to her, found out that the stopper was stuck down in the bottom had problems with the stove. Tried to relocate to a different room the next day the lady at the front desk was rude. She told me that the cleaning people were very busy yet it was 11 12 o’clock and my room wasn’t even cleaned. Said there were no rooms only two bedrooms. I know that was not true. She was rude to me. I finally just went back to my room later she called me about relocating I had enough of it didn’t want to talk to her anymore. I suffered through it. It’s kind of like camping. That’s what I said. I’m gonna get through it
