The location is fine, but they turn off the hot water between 10 pm and 7 am, and there is barely any hot water the rest of the day. After flushing the toilet once, you can’t flush it again. The corridor to the room we were given had water dripping from the ceiling with towels on the floor, the room smelled mouldy, and the walls were dirty with a lot of mould.

The location of the accommodation was great, only about 1 kilometre from the tea museum and a short walk to the city centre, and it was in a quiet area. Overall the hotel was very nice – the reception and restaurant have beautiful seating with a view of the plantations and hills. Breakfast is a buffet – Indian, plenty. Once we had lunch from their menu, again very good. Dinner is a buffet for 650 rupees. The room was clean and tidy, with water, some shower gels and a toothbrush available. The staff were pleasant! The bathroom, however, smelled strongly of waste, which was unpleasant because the odor drifted into the room. The equipment and furniture were less modern, which would be fine, but the bathroom would benefit from a renovation.

The only thing that was wonderful was the view from the window. Everything else was terrible: the rooms were very old, the bathrooms were dirty, and the front door did not close properly.

The location is great, and I loved the garden view, hot shower, and comfy bed. However, the view from the road side was ruined by traffic and noise, and the internet connection was really weak.
