“We had the room for a week and the second day we were there they came in and cleaned up the room but also took a couple”
It was nasty, with a constant sewage smell hanging in the air.

I waited at least 15 minutes for a staff member to enter the lobby and help me upon arrival; the staff were very nice and helpful throughout the process. Booking sight unseen turned out to be a bad decision. It’s Phoenix, a city full of drug users, and this place is literally crawling with them, a damaged disgusting room, stench of animals, urine and smoke as soon as you open the door. Drug users on stairwells, no lights on any stairwells, urine‑covered halls and stairs, the smell hits you dead in the face. There were three literal piles of poop that looked like human feces on the ground by the pool. We tried to be flexible and asked for another room after the first key wouldn’t even let us in after we excused ourselves, and the street was full of crawlers.

Nothing positive. The staff were unhelpful.

Finding the place was straightforward, and there were plenty of shops to buy from, but a huge pothole appeared right as you turned into the entrance.

We barely had time to settle in, so nothing really stuck with us, yet the room—though supposedly newly renovated—had bad tile, rotted frames, and the whole property felt sketchy with roaches everywhere.
