The place sits in a great spot, but the bathroom had a lot of maintenance problems: the tap dripped, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom door was scratched on the tiles, making it hard to open and close. The linen had holes in the towels and the bedspread, so I had to ask for replacements. These issues are unacceptable for a hotel.

The room was clean and the location was good, but I missed the information that there was no lift and that we were on the top floor. A staff member helped with our luggage at check‑in, but there was no assistance at check‑out even after I sent a WhatsApp message the day before. We also didn’t get any breakfast or coffee during our three‑night stay.

The hotel is super central, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and everything is clean and safe. It’s easy to communicate with the staff on WhatsApp too. The only downside is that the shower water pressure was weak.
