The staff were friendly, but there was no cable in either room, the bathrooms were disgusting, one room had no heat, we had to switch rooms because the door wouldn't close, and that room even had a dead roach; at $250 a room we were very upset.

The staff were friendly, but the room was dirty. Towels had stains and we had to buy new ones; the bathroom had mold and was rundown, curtains were stained and the room had a terrible odor.

We waited about 10‑15 minutes just to check in; the room and the whole place smelled like cigarettes, so overall it wasn’t a good experience.

I needed Bookings.com to contact me, but the registration had no record of my reservation, so I had to book a new room and double‑pay for the night; I called Bookings.com by phone and tried the app but got nowhere. Please email me at [email protected]. See above.

My stay was a positive experience and the staff were excellent. Minor concerns I had were quickly and professionally addressed. Thank you!. There was nothing really that I was dissatisfied enough with to mention. I would definitely book there again
