The staff were utterly unfriendly and incompetent, hygiene was borderline, and the noise from the street and inside the hotel was unbearable – the money was not worth it at all.

Nothing. I was accommodated in a different building than it was published in booing.com. Conditions were terrible. I have right to ask full reimbursement
