I loved the room and balcony; the TV was a bit small but we still enjoyed late‑night shows. The valet driver couldn’t handle a manual car, badly burned my fiancé’s clutch, and the smell lingered all day. He had just replaced the clutch and was upset to find it damaged—he shouldn’t be working there.

I liked the helpful staff and the cleanliness of the facility inside the building. I also appreciated that all of the elevators were working. The rooftop pool was good for my family, but only at 730 am. My 3 daughters and I were going to swim @ 5:30 pm, Saturday, but found very low coverage bikinis and people that I didn't want to expose my daughters to. It wasn't horrible but if you want to have some sort of shield or discrepancy for young children, go early in the morning. I didn't like that the A/C in Master bedroom didn't work and the temperature was 80 F in room so we had to open the window, which let all the city noise come through, we didn't sleep well but were comfortable in the bed provided

The spot is perfect—just a short walk to 16th Street Mall and all the eateries. The only downside was the construction across the street, which made the early hours pretty noisy, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The room was very spacious and offered great value. There are many wanderers near the hotel, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control. Parking is relatively expensive, though that’s likely a city issue.
