Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I was near the city center. A cockroach appeared in the room I stayed in, and the staff sprayed insecticide inside while I was eating and drinking, which meant I had to discard my food and drinks. No consideration for guests was shown.

There was parking and the location was good. I stayed in room 311 and a cockroach showed up. When I asked the staff to help, they sprayed insecticide in the room even though food and drinks were left inside, so I had to throw them away. Afterward I was moved to another room, but they didn’t help me move my luggage, and at 11 pm I had to reorganize everything myself. The insecticide spray ruined my open drinks and food. I felt the staff lacked basic hospitality and care for the indoor environment. Because of the cockroach issue, I couldn’t enjoy my stay and would have preferred to cancel and go to another hotel if it weren’t a weekend. I’ll never use this place again.

When the business was put on hold, they contacted me politely. There were no other issues.

The breakfast was great. The room was too small and the bed was low.

I was told repeatedly at check‑in that I had already paid, yet the staff insisted I pay again and when I showed the receipt they still refused, demanding a photo instead. I reluctantly took a picture, but their arrogant manner left me disappointed. Afterwards, they handed me only a key without any explanation of the facilities, which was also unsatisfactory.
