The view is excellent, the food is far too good, breakfast and lunch are offered, it’s near the lake and the boat trip departs from the hotel entrance.

The location is convenient, the structure is tidy, the organization is good, the room faces the reservoir. Breakfast starts only at 8:00.

Overall, the stay was good and surpassed expectations. The reception staff were excellent, and the housekeeping team cleaned the room very well. The location was prime with an amazing lake view, and they had a water dispenser which saved us from buying bottled water—very handy. The music selection during meal times was fantastic, featuring MPB, 90s and 2000s Brazilian pop rock, among others. The hotel’s vibe was also enhanced by the animals; there were many birds of various species, including a seriema. The experience was generally good, but a few issues could be addressed: the room had excessive noise from both the air conditioner and the mini‑fridge; regarding the pool, we noticed that the cleaning was done but it wasn’t enough to keep it clean even when nobody was using it—there were always some filth spots, which discouraged us from entering. Another improvement would be a covered parking lot, as the sun is very strong there.

Breakfast was sensational! The service was spectacular, with Moisés, William, Priscila, Junior, Leandro, and Edgar da Lanha all being very friendly. The pool could be heated.
