Since 1997 I’ve traveled across Brazil, and this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Even the hostels of Dona Joana are better than this. I went out with my family for a walk while my kids got sick, and the rooms were crammed and moldy. Every shower flooded the floor. I’m traumatized by this place. The rooms, beds, and courtyard were filthy—only one person could manage everything. The linens were dirty, the sofas were old and moldy, and the bathrooms were cramped. I felt like a beggar in such a facility. I left and booked at Le Jardan in Caldas Novas to free my children from the trauma. God forbid they should ever advertise a place like this on that site.

The spot was convenient, but the bathroom window was broken and kept opening, the air‑conditioning didn’t cool fully, the bed was a bit hard and the sofa as well, and the door was noticeably dirty.

“Péssima experiência!”

We had a terrible experience. The room arrived completely dirty and some MDF trim was falling off. We had to clean it to use it at all. The bathroom was also dirty and grimy, especially the toilet and shower enclosure, and we had to clean that too. The sofa in the room was dirty and moldy, impossible to sit on. The bedding was also dirty. Outside, the pools were dirty as well. It was a horrible stay.

The location was fine, but the place was disorganized and dirty; we stayed because we had already paid.
