Personel çok güler yüzlüydü.l ve konumu çok güzeldi, ella merkezdeki her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Bu ayardaki bir otel için çok pahalıydı. Oda imkanları azdı, havlular ve çarşaflar yeterince temiz değildi, odanın eski ve bakımsız bir görünümü vardı, konforlu da değildi. 40 usdlik bir odaydı
Die Lage ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bett ist bequem und der Balkon ist nett!. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dafür ist der Preis dann doch etwas gehoben. Es ist recht laut dadurch dass es im Zentrum liegt. Ca. bis 23 Uhr

ロケーションが良かった。騒がしいロケーションの中、部屋のアサインを山側に気を使ってくれた。紅茶をプレゼントいただいた。レストランのドリンクがお安く使いやすい。. 繁華街のせいか外の音が騒がしかった。

Excellent location right on Ella's main buzzing street, close to all the restaurants and activity, real centre of the action. The property itself was excellent too, we had a huge duplex double room with a separate bed for our daughter, impressive for a smaller town setting. Breakfast had a great variety, and they happily accommodated additional vegetarian options when asked. A real highlight was arranging a quiet rooftop dinner for us on one of the evenings, and the staff, especially Mahesh, were wonderful throughout. One area for attention: having booked two double rooms for two nights, we did request driver accommodation which they weren't able to arrange, something they should consider for guests booking at this level. Overall a lovely stay, would recommend
