The front checkout staff were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was excellent; there was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.

I loved how clean everything was—being a manager in Environmental Services, I appreciate when people take pride and care in their jobs, so the housekeeping was excellent; kudos to the staff! Everything was very good.

It’s a modern, clean, and comfortable chain hotel with good facilities like a pool, free parking, and breakfast. Located away from Charlotte’s centre, it’s convenient for Carowinds and gave us a great family evening at Topgolf, which is walking distance from the hotel. Nothing negative.
