The rooms were new and modern inside a historic building, with comfortable beds and a nice interior. The only drawback was that the shower’s hot water didn’t really work and the fridge had an unpleasant smell.

The location was fine, within walking distance to most central Naples spots. However, we were disappointed to find a broken lift with no prior notice, so we had to haul 70 kg of luggage up three flights of stairs. The bed was very squeaky, the apartment was noisy—people trying to enter their rooms woke us several times, so we didn’t get much sleep. The shower was poor quality, with a dirty jug full of gunk inside. The TV remote didn’t work, probably because of dead batteries. We also found a pile of rubbish outside the apartment block that seemed to have been set on fire.

The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, which made it perfect for moving around tourist spots, and the train station was very close.

The venue was spotless and fully equipped, staff were quick to help, and the location was acceptable—just a 10‑15 minute walk from bars and restaurants.
