Perfect location for arena Birmingham. Parking very convenient. Room quite dated and lightning not too bright when putting make up on

Location. Our room was for 3 adults but was only set up for 2. 2 sets of towels, 2 cups and tea making facilities. When I mentioned it to the staff they were not bothered at all and didn’t offer any way of making this correct. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and it seemed like the mattress had seen better days. We had a separate toilet which was in a different part of the room, very strange and not the cleanest

Hotel was clean, staff were nice, breakfast was good and it has an excellent location close to our venue. This doesn't apply, had a great stay

Breakfast was delightful and the staff were helpful and friendly; the room was very clean and spacious, though the shower lacked power. I wish the shower had stronger water and there were more tea and milk options.
