The location is perfect and the breakfast is self‑served, so you can eat whenever you like, which is great if you want to head out early for a mountain climb; the place itself is a nice house with a comfortable lounge and a terrace, sort of a mix between a hostel and a guesthouse. In theory it’s a hostel that charges per person, but we booked a double room with a double bed that was supposed to cost 66 €, which isn’t bad for a hostel, and when we arrived they asked if we brought sheets and towels, which we didn’t because we’ve never brought sheets for a double bed or towels for a two‑person room, and they charged us for each of those anyway. They don’t charge per double room, they charge per person for everything. I’m not saying it’s deceptive advertising from Booking or the host, I’m just warning the staff that with breakfast included for one night it’s 90 €, and you have to make the bed yourself. Also book dinner if you want to eat there, because they don’t offer on‑the‑spot dinners or improvise, and there aren’t many places to eat in the area in September. Our friend was also charged for a towel and sheet for his single room. If you book, you’ll know what’s going on, so act accordingly if you don’t want to pay.
