The accommodation is highly recommended, check‑in is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfy, the towels are large and very fluffy, the décor is nice, the exterior is bright. I would book it again if I ever return to Catania, I don’t rule it out. It’s very well located, the soundproofing is excellent, nothing from outside could be heard even though it’s on a busy street. Very, very good. One night there was a power outage but the host fixed it instantly and was always super helpful! Nothing else to mention, the only issue was the elevator was broken and we had to climb four floors, but that’s a problem with the building.

The location and self‑check‑in were fine. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been, and the bidet wasn’t working properly, so I had to change the TV remote batteries myself.

Because of the volcanic eruption we were rerouted through Palermo and arrived in the middle of the night; thanks to the flexible WhatsApp communication everything was fine. We found the two rooms with a connecting door perfect for our family; they were spacious, had everything we needed, and the location is simply ideal for heading straight into the city. Secret tip: the great café right across the street!
