Samir welcomed us warmly and the meal in the courtyard was nice. The guided tour of Fès felt more commercial than cultural, and we were surprised to find the parking was paid from the start. The stairs, the ground‑floor toilet, and the slightly dim lighting in the bathrooms were also points of note.

The traditional breakfast, perfect location, and absolute friendliness of the staff made everything effortless, from arranging in‑house services to tours of the city or desert trips. The price was very reasonable for a stay that made you feel like a sultan. The shared beds were a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was great.

The staff were available and the living area was nice, but the room was very dark and small.

The location is great on the edge of the Medina, and the staff were friendly. The massage in the Riad itself was fantastic and we felt very safe. We booked all excursions through the Riad and were very satisfied. The breakfast started at 8 am, which was a bit late. The towels and bathrobes looked a little dirty because they weren't completely white, and the Riad is very noisy because the courtyard pool and garden furniture are used even at night.
